The pair played a vital role in England's 2-0 win over France in midweek, with Alli netting the opening goal on his full debut for the national team.
Both players have been crucial in Spurs' fine start to the season and Spurs are now prepared to spend big to tie them down to White Hart Lane for the long-term.
PSG have recently been credited with an interest in Alli, while Kane has been strongly linked with a move to Manchester United once more in recent weeks.
Kane was recently back among the goals after a slow start to the season, while Alli has been a revelation in the middle of the park after securing a regular starting berth for Mauricio Pochettino's side.
