Zlatan Ibrahimovic has agreed to re-join Serie A giants AC Milan next month, claims Gianluca Di Marzio.
The 38-year-old has been a free agent since his two-year contract with LA Galaxy expired at the start of the month.
Ibrahimovic has been heavily linked with a move to a number of clubs across Europe in recent weeks, including Premier League side Everton.
However, it has now emerged the Ibrahimovic has given the greenlight to Milan about an initial six-month loan deal.
Milan are currently languish 11th in Serie A with half as many points as league leaders Inter.
Ibrahimovic spent two years at Milan from 2010 to 2012 before signing for Paris Saint-Germain.
The iconic Swede scored 42 goals in 61 league appearances for Milan in that time, including 28 in 32 in his final season at the club.
