AC Milan forward signs new long-term deal

AC Milan have announced Suso has put pen to paper on a new five-year deal extending his stay until June 2022.

Suso has spent the last two years at Milan after joining the Serie A giants from Liverpool in January 2015 and has really flourished this year.

The 23-year-old was briefly linked with a summer move away from Milan after Vincenzo Montella’s side spent nearly £200m on new players but Suso has now pledged his long-term future to the club.

Suso has even earned international recognition with Julen Lopetegui’s senior squad but is still awaiting his first cap after he was an unused substitute against Liechtenstein at the start of the month.

The Milan No.8 has weighed in with four goals in six league appearances this season (two goals, two assists), creating more chances per game (2.3) than any other team-mate.
