West Ham have told Robert Snodgrass he is surplus to requirements and must find a new club just eight months after signing him, claims Sky Sports.
Slaven Bilic’s side paid £10.2m to sign Snodgrass from Hull in January after the Scotland international enjoyed an impressive first six months to last season.
However, the 29-year-old failed to make any impression at West Ham and now the Hammers are looking to offload him before the transfer window shuts at the end of the month.
West Ham gave Snodgrass the No.11 shirt upon his arrival but are so keen to get rid of him that they are even willing to listen to loan proposals from rival clubs.
Snodgrass scored seven goals and registered three assists in 20 league appearances for Hull in the first half of last season, but only managed to weigh in with two assists in 15 games after joining the Hammers.
Since the start of last season, only Philippe Coutinho (3) has scored more direct free-kicks than Snodgrass in the Premier League.
