Tottenham willing to listen to offers in excess of £35m for defender

Tottenham are ready to listen to offers for troubled defender Kyle Walker but will not entertain bids south of £35m, reports The London Evening Standard.

Both Manchester clubs have been put on red alert with Walker reportedly looking for a way out of Tottenham this summer after having a row with manager Mauricio Pochettino about his fitness and selection.

Pochettino doesn’t believe Walker is capable of playing two big games a week, something that the England international refutes and that has led to a strained relationship between the pair.

Walker only signed a new long-term deal at the start of the season after establishing himself as the best right-back in the Premier League but now appears to be on his way out of White Hart Lane with the club looking to command in excess of £35m for his signature.

No defender has registered more assists in the Premier League this season than Walker (5).
