Inter are readying a move for Roma striker Edin Dzeko as a replacement for Romelu Lukaku, reports Sky Sports Italia via Football Italia.
Inter have accepted a £98m offer from Chelsea for Lukaku, with the Belgian set to return to Stamford Bridge next week.
The decision to sell Lukaku is unlikely to have gone down well with supporters, particularly after the departure of Antonio Conte and sale of Achraf Hakimi following Inter's title triumph.
That said, the Serie A champions have acted quickly to find a replacement for Lukaku, with Dzeko supposedly top of their wish list.

The Bosnian hitman was stripped of the Roma captaincy following a falling out with former boss Paulo Fonseca last season, while the capital outfit have already secured the services of Eldor Shomurodov from Genoa to ease the 35-year-old's potential exit.
Inter are prepared to offer Dzeko a two-year deal to swap Rome for Milan as they gear up to defend their Serie A crown.
