Paris Saint-Germain have announced the blockbuster arrival of Lionel Messi on a free transfer.
Messi, who has taken the No.30 shirt, has put pen to paper on a lucrative two-year contract with PSG and has an option to a further year.
The 34-year-old was a free agent after his contract with Barcelona expired earlier this summer and the Spanish side could not afford to keep him.
PSG have remarkably wrapped up a deal for Messi less than a week after it was announced he would not continue at Barcelona.
Messi has spent the last 21 years at Barcelona and was left in tears when he confirmed he could not continue with his boyhood club.
The Argentina international, who could even make his PSG debut in the league this weekend, reunites with former Barcelona team-mate Neymar.
Pochettino now has one of the most frightening front threes imaginable with Messi joining an all-star attack with Neymar and Kylian Mbappe.
PSG even hope the arrival of Messi will convince Mbappe to prolong his stay in France and turn down interest from Real Madrid.

Mbappe has entered the final 12 months of his current PSG deal and has turned down all contract proposals from the French side.
The France international was widely expected to join Madrid on a free transfer next summer but that could now change following Messi's arrival.
Messi has incredibly registered double figures for both goals and assists in 10 of the last 12 league campaigns.
