Premier League rivals Tottenham and Liverpool are weighing up a move for River Plate striker Lucas Alario, according to The Sun.
Alario, 23, reportedly has a £15.2m release clause in his existing deal and both Premier League clubs are monitoring his progress.
Liverpool have already had a £8.5m bid rejected for the striker and both sides could race competition from Serie A duo Inter and Torino.
The River striker has scored seven goals from 17 shots on target in 2016.
