Aston Villa are considering a bid for Fiorentina midfielder Milan Badelj, according to Sport Mediaset.
Badelj, 26, has made 23 appearances since signing from Hamburg last summer, scoring one goal for the Viola.
The Croatia international has proven an valuable part of the Fiorentina success that has lifted them to top of Serie A for the first time for 16 years.
Badelj has garnered a WhoScored rating of 7.46 from his four Serie A appearances so far this season. In fact, only Marcos Alonso has gained a higher rating for Fiorentina thus far (7.67).
