Aguero's agent dismisses talk of a possible Manchester City exit
The agent of Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero has rubbished reports that his client could leave the defending Premier League champions this summer.
Aguero has just a year left to run on his current City deal and there have been no talks over a new contract between both parties.
A return to Argentina next year has been mooted, but recent speculation has linked Aguero with a move to Serie A side Inter and LaLiga giants Real Madrid.
However, the 31-year-old's agent, Hernan Reguera, has rebuffed talk of a move away from City before the summer of 2021, however, he did concede that the striker's future remains uncertain.
"Sergio has a contract with Manchester City until 2021," Reguera told FCInterNews.
"There is no possibility that he will go away sooner.
"We’ll see what happens after that. I haven’t spoken to Inter, and the reason is very simple: Aguero is happy with the Citizens and has no intention of changing club."
Aguero is City's all-time record goalscorer and has 16 league goals to his name as he pushes to secure the Premier League's Golden Boot.
