Paris Saint-Germain hold talks with Real Madrid midfielder

Paris Saint-Germain are interested in signing Real Madrid creative midfielder Isco at the end of the season and have already held talks with his representatives, according to L’Equipe.

The 24-year-old will have 12 months remaining on his existing deal at the end of the season and has so far stalled on renewing terms with Madrid after four years at the club.

Isco was linked with a return to Malaga in the January transfer window, while brief talk of a switch to Barcelona at the end of the season was quashed after it was revealed he has a clause on his contract that would prevent such a move.

Now, however, it appears a switch to PSG could be on the cards with Unai Emery a huge admirer of the Spain international, although his potential arrival would spell the end for former Madrid forward Jese, who is currently on loan at Las Palmas for the remainder of the campaign.

In the last four La Liga campaigns only Nolito (36) and Lionel Messi (93) have completed more accurate through balls than Isco (32).
