Arsenal will make a £22m bid for Porto captain Ruben Neves when the winter transfer window opens, according to The Sun.
Neves, 18, became the youngest captain in Champions League history earlier in the season and has previously been linked with a move to Liverpool, Real Madrid and Chelsea.
The Gunners will, however, look to beat them all to his signature and are reportedly ready to fork out £12m up front with a further £10m in bonuses.
The Portugal international has created more chances than any other Porto teammate in the Champions League this season (9) and is currently the third highest rated teenager in the competition from those to have made at least two appearances season (7.27).
