Real Sociedad have confirmed they have parted ways with David Moyes less than a year after hiring the former Manchester United manager.
The Basque outfit have thanked the Scotsman for his work at the club but have opted to part ways with Sociedad level on points in the bottom three.
Sociedad have opened up with just two wins from their first 11 matches and defeat to Las Palmas proved the last straw for the board.
Moyes is now a contender to replace Garry Monk as Swansea manager among some bookmakers, with the latter coming under pressure following a poor run of form.
