Tiemoue Bakayoko is set to join AC Milan from Chelsea on a two-year loan with an option to buy ahead of Tuesday's transfer deadline, reports Football Italia.
The Frenchman moved to Chelsea in 2017, but struggled in English football, making just 24 starts in his debut Premier League campaign.
Bakayoko has since gone out on loan to AC Milan, Monaco and most recently Napoli and another temporary move is set to go through before too long.
Bakayoko impressed during his time with AC Milan in 2018/19, earning a WhoScored rating of 7.15 in the process.
And the 27-year-old will undergo his medical over the weekend before returning to the Italian side for a two-year loan deal with an option to buy for €15m.
There is an obligation to make the move permanent if Bakayoko makes a certain number of appearances between now and 2023.
Bakayoko has played just one season with Chelsea following his arrival from Monaco and didn't do enough in pre-season to convince Thomas Tuchel that his futures lies at Stamford Bridge.
