Swansea are close to signing Leroy Fer from Queens Park Rangers in a deal worth £4.75m, according to Sky Sports.
Fer, 26, spent the second half of last season on loan at Swansea from the Championship outfit and impressed the Welsh outfit enough to bring him back to the Liberty City Stadium on a permanent deal this summer.
Swansea have already agreed a fee with QPR and Fer is now set for his medical with Francesco Guidolin’s side.
Only Jack Cork (2.2) averaged more tackles per game for Swansea in the Premier League last season than Fer (1.9).
