Aston Villa have completed the signing of Barcelona and Spain youth international Adama Traore on a 5-year deal, the club have confirmed.
The 19-year old winger told Villa's official website, "It's an honour for me to come here. It's a club that showed interest in me from the first moment and made me feel important in terms of their project."
According to John Percy of The Telegraph Barcelona have insisted upon a buy-back clause for the first three years of Adama's contract and first refusal on any potential transfer from the Midlands outfit.
The Telegraph also report that the deal for the youngster, who has made just 4 senior appearances for Barcelona, could rise to €12m after bonuses as Randy Lerner continues to back Tim Sherwood in the market this summer.
