Watford are weighing up a summer move for Liverpool midfielders Joe Allen and Jordon Ibe, according to The Guardian.
Allen, 26, will have only 12 months remaining on his current deal come the summer and appears unlikely to get a renewal after barely featuring in Jurgen Klopp’s first-team plans.
It has also been a frustrating season for Ibe, who has suffered from a loss of confidence, according to his England Under-21 boss. With Mario Gotze thought to be a transfer target for Liverpool this summer, it would leave Ibe even further down the pecking order.
Of players to have made at least five appearances in the Europa League this season, only four players have required fewer minutes per successful dribble than Ibe (21.7 mins).
