'We don't want to sell De Bruyne' - Garcia

Wolfsburg's chief of the supervisory board Francisco Garcia insists the club do not want to part ways with creator in chief Kevin de Bruyne this summer.

Manchester City and PSG have both been strongly linked with a move for the young Belgium international, who registered more assists (20) than any other player in Europe's top 5 leagues last season.

Speculation is rife that the Bundesliga runners' up could cash in on the attacker during the transfer window, but Garcia insists that is simply not the case.

"We don’t want to sell anyone, including Kevin," Garcia told Kicker.

"Of course the player has to want to stay, but we’re not worried about that at the moment."

Only Arjen Robben (8.47) gained a better WhoScored rating in the Bundesliga last season than De Bruyne (7.95).
