West Ham are weighing up whether to move for Joe Hart on a permanent deal at the end of the season, claims The Daily Mirror.
Hart joined the Hammers on a season-long loan deal last summer after being deemed surplus to requirements by Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola.
The 31-year-old has endured a difficult campaign on loan at West Ham and it was thought he would return to City at the end of the season.
However, David Moyes is still considering whether or not to move for Hart’s services on a permanent deal.
The England international has made a series of glaring errors over the course of the season and it would be a controversial decision by West Ham to sign him outright.
West Ham went 1-0 down to Stoke with 10 minutes remaining of Monday’s game at the London Stadium and Hart was to blame for Peter Crouch’s opener.
Andy Carroll bailed out his team-mate with minutes to spare, but it isn’t the first time Hart has been left red-faced in goal this season.
In fact, only three players have made more errors that have directly led to an opposition goal in the Premier League than Hart this season (4).
