Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini will join Besiktas in an £8m deal in January, reports The Daily Mirror.
Fellaini’s current contract is due to expire at the end of the current campaign and United will sell the Belgium international in the New Year after failing to agree new terms.
Jose Mourinho has been told he must trim his squad before he can look to sign any more players in January and Fellaini will be the first to leave.
The United boss has called Fellaini one of the most important players in his squad in the past and helped turn around the midfielder's career at Old Trafford.
However, the Premier League giants have agreed a £8m deal with Besiktas and Mourinho is already looking at finding his replacement.
United are reportedly interested in signing Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder Fred, whose reputation has soared in the last 12 months.
Since the start of last season, United have a better win ratio (57.1%) in the Premier League with Fellaini in the starting XI compared to when he has not started (46.4%).
