Serie A giants have reached an agreement with Manchester City to sign outcast Stevan Jovetic in the region of €15m (£10.5m) plus bonuses, according to reports.
Jovetic, 25, will join on an initial season-long loan deal, with a mandatory option to make the move permanent.
The Montenegro international has struggled to make any impact in the Premier League since making the switch from Fiorentina in 2013 and dropped further down the pecking following Wilfried Bony’s arrival in January.
According to reports, Jovetic could be presented as an Inter player by the end of the week.
The 25-year-old has only mustered 11 starts in the Premier League over the last two years, with each of his eight goals coming every 143.4 minutes.
