Manchester United have confirmed Dean Henderson has inked a new five-year deal running until the summer of 2025.
Henderson, who has been at the club since he was 14, had two years left to run on his previous deal and United have moved to secure the his long-term future.
The 23-year-old, who was called up to England's senior squad earlier this week, has returned to United this summer to push David de Gea for a first-team spot at Old Trafford.
Henderson was one of the Premier League's best goalkeepers last season and his performances for Sheffield United have reportedly earned him £100,000-a-week terms.
"The pathway that I have been on for the past five years has been fantastic for my development and the invaluable loan period at Sheffield United has been part of that," Henderson told the club's official website.
"The goalkeeping department at United is excellent; there are three top-level goalkeepers who ahve achieved so much in the game and I look forward to working with the group. The faith the manager and the club have shown in me with this contract means a lot to me and will continue my progression as a goalkeeper.
"I'll be giving everything to improve every day so that I can play as many games as possible for this great club. Now I am looking forward to joining up with the England squad and then preparing for the season ahead."

Chelsea were interested in offering Henderson regular playing time next season but Frank Lampard's side will now have to look elsewhere to replace club-record signing Kepa.
Of goalkeepers with at least 25 appearances in the Premier League last season, Henderson had the best save success rate in the division (75.2%).
