Barcelona are closing in on the signing of RB Leipzig and Spain star Dani Olmo, reports Fabrizio Romano.
Olmo was a key man for La Roja at Euro 2024, scoring three times and providing two assists as Spain won a historic fourth European Championship.
The 26-year-old's performances at the tournament saw him linked with a high profile summer move, with the likes of Manchester City, Chelsea and Arsenal all rumoured to have been keeping tabs on the attacker.
However, Barcelona are now closing in on Olmo for a reported €55m, with a further €7m in add-ons.
Barcelona have been heavily linked with moves for Olmo and Athletic Club's Nico Williams, but are yet to make a signing this summer.
Olmo returns to Barcelona having left the Spanish giants for Croatian outfit Dinamo Zagreb back in 2014.
Dani Olmo was the highest rated player at EURO 2024 (7.72). 🌟

Injuries restricted Olmo to just 17 league starts for RB Leipzig last season, though he still managed four goals and five assists for the Bundesliga side.
While RB Leipzig are losing Olmo, they have confirmed the re-signing of Xavi Simons for the 2024/25 campaign.
