Premier League team news and prediction: Man Utd vs Liverpool
Manchester United's relentless schedule continues here as they take on arch-rivals Liverpool, their third game in the space of just five days.
With the title already confirmed to Manchester City and a place in the top four in the bag, United have little to play for other than consolidating second spot.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will, however, be desperate to dent Liverpool's push for a top four finish, which was boosted after Chelsea's surprise home defeat to Arsenal on Wednesday.

What's at stake?
Manchester United can no longer catch Manchester City in first but are guaranteed to finish in the top four even if they lose their remaining three matches. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side just need one win from their final three games to secure second spot.
Liverpool looked dead and buried in the race to finish in the top four but it's now in their own destiny following Chelsea's shock defeat to Arsenal on Wednesday. Liverpool will be guarenteed to finish in the top four if they win their last four games - something they've not managed all season.
Team News
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer had no choice but to name an entire second-string XI on Tuesday in defeat to Leicester. He will, however, name his strongest available XI to face Liverpool, though captain Harry Maguire is injured. Axel Tuanzebe or Eric Bailly will replace the England international, while Mason Greenwood is expected to miss out to Edinson Cavani despite his recent goalscoring form.
With Ozan Kabak out, Jurgen Klopp must decide whether to drop Fabinho back into centre-back or give Rhys Williams a second successive start. The latter had a torrid time of it the last time he faced Manchester United and that may be enough for Klopp to drop Fabinho into defence. Roberto Firmino is expected to replace Diogo Jota up front from their 2-0 win over Southampton last time out.
Probable XIs
Man Utd (4231): Henderson; Wan-Bissaka, Bailly, Lindelof, Shaw; McTominay, Fred; Rashford, Fernandes, Pogba; Cavani
Liverpool (433): Alisson; Alexander-Arnold, Phillips, Fabinho, Robertson; Thiago, Wijnaldum, Milner; Salah, Firmino, Robertson
Key Battle: Luke Shaw vs Andy Robertson
Andy Robertson set the benchmark for full-backs during Liverpool's title-winning campaign in 2019/20 and Luke Shaw has certainly elevated his game to that level this season. Shaw has kicked on massively under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and will reportedly earn himself a bumper new deal in the summer as just reward.
Shaw and Robertson have both played a direct hand in six goals in the Premier League this season and will be an attacking highlight of both teams at Old Trafford on Thursday evening. Shaw has developed a terrific understanding with Marcus Rashford and Paul Pogba and will be playing with both at times against Liverpool.
Knowing Trent Alexander-Arnold is not as great defensively as he is going forward, United will try to capitalise on any space left behind the Liverpool right-back, while Robertson is going to need to be at his best to get the better of Aaron Wan-Bissaka.
Scoreline Prediction: Man Utd 2-2 Liverpool
