Reguilon, Mane and Ings among this week's free Fantasy Football contest tips

As we get used to a hectic weekly schedule of domestic and European football between now and the end of the year, this weekend sees the return of Premier League action and with it the return of the 'Beat Kammy Freeroll' over at Footstock.

Footstock is a revolutionary new platform that combines fantasy football and player trading for the opportunity to win big based on players' statistical performance. You can buy and sell player cards to build your portfolio and enter your players into regular cash entry and freeroll contests.

The Beat Kammy Freeroll is a weekly contest offering you the chance to pit your wits against Footstock ambassador Chris Kamara, who selects a team each week that you must try and beat. It's free to enter but there is still money to be won, with £500 distributed to the highest finishers and a further £500 split between any team that manages to beat Kammy's score.

The rules are simple. Rather than a cash budget you have 20 stars to play with, with player cards rated between 1 and 5 stars based on how rare they are. A five star player is most rare and often most expensive, but there are plenty of 1 and 2 star cards that offer real value, so finding the right mix is crucial. You must choose eight players with your 20-star budget, with one goalkeeper and at least one defender, one midfielder and one attacker among them.

This week's contest excludes Friday night's clash between Villa and Leeds but takes in the remaining nine matches in the Premier League, and we're tipping the following...

GK: Adrian (Liverpool) - 1 Star / £0.90

OK, so Adrian's performances when deputising for the injured Alisson have been chequered at best, but a home clash with a Sheffield United side that have scored just twice from five matches, and only once from open play, represents a huge chance for a clean sheet.

DEF: Max Kilman (Wolves) - 1 Star / £0.77

Having now started Wolves' last two matches, each of which have ended in 1-0 wins for Nuno's side, youngster Kilman put in a man of the match showing at Leeds last time out, registering an assist for a WhoScored.com rating of 7.75.

DEF: Sergio Reguilon (Tottenham) - 2 Stars / £10.89

While Spurs fans were no doubt most excited by the signing of Gareth Bale, it's Reguilon's arrival that really promises to elevate the team from an attacking sense, offering far more of a threat than alternative Ben Davies. Up against Burnley the Spaniard could secure points at both ends.

DEF: Jeffrey Schlupp (Crystal Palace) - 2 Stars / £1.35

An underrated performer for Palace early this season, winning back-to-back WhoScored man of the match awards, Schlupp scored in both fixtures between Palace and this weekend's opponents Fulham the last time the Cottagers were in the top-flight. With clean sheets in both games too, he could be a smart, cheap option.

MID: Sadio Mane (Liverpool) - 4 Stars / £43.18

The customary choice between Mane and Salah sees the former's 4 star rating (compared to Salah's 5) make him the best bet ahead of a clash with lowly Sheffield United. Both players scored in a 2-0 home win over the Blades last season, and Mane has four goals in his last three league games.

ATT: Ferran Torres (Manchester City) - 3 Stars / £6.31

Having made a real impact from the bench as City came from behind to beat Porto in midweek, Torres' stock is rising and the Spaniard is in line to start at West Ham. City have scored at least four goals in their last five away games against the Hammers, and Torres has scored scored two and assisted two goals in his last three appearances.

ATT: Jamie Vardy (Leicester) - 3 Stars / £8.99

While it's wise to avoid most players when facing supposedly superior opposition, the opposite is the case for Vardy. The striker is a doubt for the trip to Arsenal but his remarkable record against the Gunners may just convince Brendan Rodgers to take the risk, with the 33-year-old notching a career-high 10 goals when facing the Londoners.

ATT: Danny Ings (Southampton) - 4 Stars / £17.49

While Everton may be league leaders ahead of their trip to Southampton, they head to St. Mary's without both Richarlison and James Rodriguez. Saints still have their man very much available in Danny Ings, with the former Liverpool striker relishing clashes with the Toffees, netting more times against them (six) than any other club.
