The race to finish in the top four is hotting up in Italy. After Inter's title success was confirmed last week, there are now four teams battling for three spots in Serie A. Juventus are looking to strengthen their grip on a Champions League finish at AC Milan's expense in the game of the weekend in Italy.

With the title out of reach now, attention turns to wrapping up a top-four spot for both Juventus and AC Milan, who are both level on 69 points with four games to play. The Old Lady have won just four of their last eight league matches, but boast the second best home record in the division having picked up 41 points in Turin.  

AC Milan were top of the table to see out 2020, but their 2021 form means they are battling just to secure Champions League football next season. All six defeats have come this calendar year, while two defeats in three has many questioning whether they can hold their nerve to finish in the top four. 

Team News 

Andrea Pirlo has no injury or suspension concerns for the welcome of AC Milan, which is a boost for the Old Lady. Alvaro Morata, Federico Chiesa and Adrien Rabiot are all in line to start for the home side, with the former joining Cristiano Ronaldo on the frontline. 

Samu Castillejo is the only unavailable player for AC Milan boss Stefano Pioli, with the winger suspended for the trip to Turin. Ante Rebic and Alexis Saelemaekers should therefore flank Hakan Calhanoglu in Pioli's favoured 4-2-3-1 setup, with Zlatan Ibrahimovic spearheading the charge.

Ronaldo is Serie A's top rated player this season having garnered a WhoScored rating of 7.65 and Juventus will turn to their talisman to secure a Champions League spot.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic (7.61) sits second to Ronaldo as Serie A's top performer with 15 goals and two assists proving that age is but a number for the Swede. The 39-year-old recently penned a new deal at San Siro, and having missed the reverse fixture due to injury, Ibrahimovic will be aiming to get one over his former employers in Turin on Sunday night.
