Tottenham Injury News: Bergvall worry, Will Son return for West Ham clash?
Tottenham will hope to bounce back from their disappointing 3-2 loss to Brighton prior to the international break when they welcome West Ham to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday.
Spurs threw away a two-goal lead at the AMEX Stadium last time out to end a five-game winning run and they’ll look to make amends when they face their rivals in the early kick off.

Ahead of the meeting with West Ham, we run through the latest Tottenham team news...
Son Heung-Min has been absent since he was forced off midway through the second half of Tottenham’s 3-0 Europa League win over Qarabag last month. Having sat out the international break to work his way back to fitness following a hamstring strain, there remain doubts over his availability for Saturday’s London Derby. The Spurs skipper won't be rushed back with the games coming thick and fast, so is unlikely to feature here.
Lucas Bergvall returned to Hotspur Way sooner than expected having suffered an injury prior to Sweden’s UEFA Nations League win over Estonia. "Lucas Bergvall has suffered a minor injury and will not be available for tonight's game against Estonia in the Nations League," a statement from the Swedish FA read earlier this week. There have been no updates on the severity of the issue but he’s expected to miss the West Ham game.
Richarlison has been absent since suffering an unspecified injury prior to the 2-1 loss at Newcastle last month. However, the Brazil international has been training on grass over the international break, which suggests a return to first team action isn’t too far off. The 27-year-old has an outside chance of making the matchday squad for the West Ham game but may be saved for the meeting with AZ in the Europa League next week.
Wilson Odobert has been absent since suffering a hamstring injury in the 2-1 EFL Cup win at Coventry last month. The Frenchman is expected back this month, and reports suggest he could return to training this week if all goes to plan. That said, Ange Postecoglou may opt against risking the young winger on Saturday.
