Ederson wrapped up the Golden Glove on the final day of the campaign as he kept his 16th clean sheet of 2019/20 in Manchester City's 5-0 win over Norwich. The Brazilian dealt with the Norwich attack well when called upon, making four saves, and with a WhoScored rating of 7.43, it's the City shotstopper who occupies to goalkeeper berth in the final Premier League team of the week of the campaign.

Defenders

Kyle Walker continues the Manchester City theme to this XI and is the second of four players from Pep Guardiola's side to feature. Midfielders

Well, the best place to start in midfield would be the Premier League player of the week. Kevin De Bruyne ended the season in fine fashion, moving level with Thierry Henry on 20 assists, a joint-record in a Premier League campaign. His one assist against Norwich came from 10 key passes, a record in a Premier League match this season, while a brace in a 5-0 win over the Canaries saw the Belgian yield a perfect 10 WhoScored rating.

Mateo Kovacic joins De Bruyne in the middle of the park after his role in Chelsea's 2-0 win over Wolves to secure the Blues a top-four finish on the final day of the campaign. While unable to have a direct hand in a goal, the Croat was impressive out of possession to disrupt Wolves' rhythm as he made six tackles to help return a WhoScored rating of 7.85.
