With the October international break out of the way it's time to knuckle down and sort through your Fantasy Football team.

Have you lost any players to coronavirus or injury over the last two weeks or are you looking to bring in some of the new deadline day arrivals?

In this week's edition of Fantasy Football gossip, we assess who to sell, who to buy and who you should captain for gameweek five.

Fantasy Football: Who to buy, sell and captain for gameweek 5

Player to Buy - Christian Pulisic (Chelsea) - £8.3m

For those on the comeback trail from injury, an international break is the ideal opportunity to recover without missing any matches for your club. Despite strengthening in attack over the summer, Chelsea have no doubt missed Christian Pulisic's dynamism from the flanks after finishing last season as their best player. The 22-year-old is now back, however, and expected to make his first Premier League start of the season in Saturday's welcome of Southampton. After missing the early part of the season, Pulisic's price has even dropped to £8.3m making him an even more attractive proposition for your teams.

Player to Sell - Marcus Rashford (Man Utd) - £9.5m

Even after Manchester United's nightmare start to the season, 5.6% of you still have Marcus Rashford in your fantasy football team. After facing Newcastle, United have Chelsea, Arsenal and Everton in the Premier League, not to mention their Champions League fixtures crammed in the middle of that. Aside from a dazzling solo goal against Brighton, Rashford has also made a woeful start to the campaign and was particularly poor for England over the international break. Rashford has shown he can handle the pressure but United appear to be wilting with head coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer on the ropes once more. Classed as a midfielder and down at £9.5m, there are much better options out there than Rashford for your teams.

Who to captain - Harry Kane (Tottenham) vs West Ham

Harry Kane has been in remarkable touch so far this season with three goals and six assists from four league appearances alone. Jose Mourinho has confirmed the England captain is fit to start against West Ham this weekend after an injury scare during the international break and he will be boosted by having Gareth Bale alongside him. Bale used the international break to get match fit and is finally ready to make his second Tottenham debut at the weekend. Kane scored home and away against West Ham last season and has netted nine times in the last 10 Premier League encounters with the Hammers.
