WhoScored’s #AccaAssemble runs again this weekend, with another round of Premier League fixtures. As usual we are using three of the Saturday 3pm Kick Offs, and we have asked our twitter community to choose who they would like to see in their three fold.
Our voters got involved in their numbers and the games chosen were Southampton vs Crystal Palace, Everton vs Fulham and Chelsea vs Brighton.
We use Oddschecker to ensure that we get the best price in the market to create our very own acca and offer some rationale behind the picks below.
Southampton vs Crystal Palace – Crystal Palace Win.
Our voters have decided to opt for an away win here making Crystal Palace our first pick this weekend. The hosts, Southampton, are winless in five PL matches and currently sit rock bottom of the Premier League. They are four points from safety though and would love to get some much needed points on the board here.
Palace have won their last two and have looked a brand new team under Roy Hodgson since he took the reigns once again. They ran out 5-1 winners on their last outing, a trip to Leeds, and will be looking to secure another three points on the road.
Everton vs Fulham – Everton to win
Our second selection is Sean Dyche’s Toffees to overcome Fulham on Saturday. Despite Everton having scored the fewest goals in the league (23) so far this season our voters have decided that the Merseyside club will get the better of Fulham. Everton do have a decent home record of late and have lost just once in their last five at Goodison.
Fulham have now lost five in a row in all comps and their form has dipped massively recently. They have lost their last three in a row away from home and could struggle here.

Chelsea vs Brighton – Brighton Win
Our final selection is Brighton to get an away win at Stamford Bridge when they face Chelsea on Saturday. Brighton remain is strong form in the league, particularly on their travels, and have only lost one of their last eight Premier League away matches. They beat Chelsea 4-1 in the reverse fixture and the Seagulls fans would love to see that repeated here.
Chelsea have now gone four games on the trot without finding the net and have failed to score in their last three Premier League games. It’s Frank Lampard’s first home game in charge in his second stint and he will be hoping to get the home crowd on side with a win.
