Tottenham have opened talks with Club Brugge over a deal to sign Antonio Nusa, reports the Standard.
Nusa has emerged as one of the most in-demand wingers in Europe and has been linked with a high profile move in recent months.
Chelsea had a bid for the 18-year-old winger rejected over the summer and the Blues would be keen on moving for Nusa were the Belgian side open to selling.
Spurs have since made their move for Nusa, with Club Brugge reportedly open to selling for £25m and a guarantee that he remains in Belgium for the rest of the season.
The north London side struck similar deals with Udinese and Metz when they signed Destiny Udogie and Pape Sarr, respectively.

Spurs have already strengthened on the frontline this month, signing Timo Werner on loan from RB Leipzig for the rest of the season.
Radu Dragusin has also joined to bolster their backline, while a central midfielder is also high on Ange Postecoglou's wishlist.
Conor Gallagher remains the top target for Spurs but a deal to secure his services will prove tricky with Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino a huge fan of the 23-year-old.
